INTENTION  

​

The simple experience of the luxury of nature helps us to synchronize with it, its cycles, sounds, spaces, biomolecules... and to repair the toxic lifestyle of the city.

Our DNA remembers that it evolved in a natural and wild environment. Threats from the predatory environment remain latent in the archaic brain and the AMYGDALA responsible for detecting threats to our survival is currently overstimulated. It is in artificial environments  (floor, office, city, asphalt, shoes, cars, industrial pollution, noise and  electromagnetic fields of technology...) of modern life which keep us always on alert for this reason there is 40% more anxiety and depression  in artificial environments than in harmonious, natural, rural environments.  

 

METHODOLOGY

For our brain, the natural environment, the Lost paradise and nature, the great con~SCIENCE. Plants and trees were the first intranet in history and all of nature is a great living library that reports contributions, learning and evolution. Through the morphogenic fields, stones, quartz, plants, animals, and others extend their hologram-matrix.  They encrypt , just like human beings, a large multidimensional information.  

 

OBJECTIVES

The surface of the earth and nature in general is a large electrical network,  with a slight negative charge and through contact with it a positive effect is generated on the electrical activity of the brain. Our skin absorbs electrons  such as walking barefoot , reducing stress, reducing nocturnal cortisol and improving sleep. We improve the immune response, regulate the autonomic nervous system  and physiological processes such as glucose and blood pressure control, regulating heart rate variability, and reducing muscle damage from some sports injuries, inflammation and  free radicals.  Oxygen drives cell metabolism and biochemical respiration through cellular respiration of the mitochondria, which provides most of the energy and vitality.

A 90-minute meeting, playful, cheerful, light, intuitive, filled with oxygen, connected to the earth, simple, natural, outdoors in a garden, forest or beach , an itinerant living space between green hands and the elementals of the place  to meet our inspiration  and a plant or a flower and through its language (color, geometry,  properties, elemental, art... ) broaden the inner gaze of your own process, a vital challenge of the moment in the inter-creation of what is experienced in that natural environment and what is shared with the participants.
